About VerifyCarrier
VerifyCarrier helps freight brokers check a carrier before they tender a load and notice when that carrier's FMCSA record changes afterwards.
What we do
Double brokering and carrier fraud often leave a trace in public records first: an insurance cancellation, a suspended authority, an out-of-service order. We collect FMCSA's published data every day, show it on a free carrier lookup with the source date beside each record, and email subscribers when a carrier on their watchlist changes. The approval and booking decision always stays with the broker.
Where the data comes from
Carrier records come from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's public datasets, including the company census, licensing and insurance filings, and safety data. Each page shows when its source was last updated. Read our editorial standards for how we handle sources and corrections.
