Contact support
Email support@verifycarrier.com. Include the page or feature you were using and a concise description of what happened. Do not send passwords, API keys, or other authentication secrets.
Carrier data & corrections
For questions about carrier identity, authority, insurance, safety, UCC, registry, or source availability, send the USDOT number and identify the field you believe needs review. Do not send sensitive personal information.
API & plugin help
For API keys, usage limits, integrations, the Carrier Research connector for Claude, or the VerifyCarrier plugin for ChatGPT and Codex, describe the request and any non-sensitive error message. Never email an API key or an access token. To revoke Claude connector access for your account, email us from your account address. Setup steps are in the connector guide.
Carrier Watch
For monitoring, alert, or watchlist questions, include the account email and the relevant USDOT number. VerifyCarrier monitoring is evidence support; carrier approval and booking decisions remain with the user.
Account & billing
For sign-in, subscription, invoice, or billing questions, contact support from the email associated with your VerifyCarrier account when possible.
