Daily change checks

The monitoring pipeline compares public FMCSA census and licensing/insurance snapshots. It tracks changes such as authority, insurance filings, out-of-service status, names and contact details.

Saved evidence and decisions

Choose approved, needs review or rejected and save your notes with an evidence snapshot. Later reviews highlight differences from your last saved review.

Shared-contact signals

Look for exact phone and full-address matches in census data. Formatting differences can hide matches; shared details do not prove misconduct.

Know what the evidence can—and cannot—tell you

  • Checks depend on public-source availability and publication timing. They are not instantaneous notifications of every carrier event.
  • Insurance filings do not establish that every shipment or loss is covered. Confirm relevant coverage independently.
  • Saved decisions and notes belong to your account. VerifyCarrier does not publish a shared customer rejection list.
  • A contact match, name change or missing field calls for context. The tool does not declare a carrier fraudulent or automatically approve it.
